That was almost a spontaneous decision to go to Kakhovka. Only Andrey and I (Mark) went, but we felt that we represented the whole Koinonia family there. We talked about it, about real Koinonia, not just a Greek word, but a Spirit of freedom and unity. As soon as we came out to talk, the power of God could be felt in the room, some people cried, and we were talking about simple things and about the importance of the real family and the understanding of who we are for Him. Some people came up during the breaks and said that when we came out to share, they understood at once that we were real, that we lived what we talked about. No one from there was at Koinonias before. There was an interesting moment: when Andrey and I were talking in the necessary moment the girl came out to play on the keyboard, that was so timely.
In the evening after the word of pastor Sergey we all were destroying what hindered us or limited us to break through and grow; we just began to worship and walk in spontaneous things, we prophesied to a lot of people, and many experienced God’s presence. Also there was a girl for the first time, she stood next to pastor Iryna and said, “I don’t understand anything, but something is happening with my heart.” She cried feeling love of the Real One, and that was beautiful. There were a lot of different experiences people shared with us. At the end we took a picture in wigs 😉 That was really fun! Then we just talked to a small group of their youth, kind of their core, and the atmosphere of real koinonia was there… we even didn’t want to leave. But this time flew very fast and it was great!
