{"id":3498,"date":"2013-04-09T17:33:14","date_gmt":"2013-04-09T14:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/?p=3498"},"modified":"2016-03-22T13:00:46","modified_gmt":"2016-03-22T11:00:46","slug":"friends-in-germany-and-ukraine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/en\/blog\/friends-in-germany-and-ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"Friends in Germany and Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Krasilov<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3504\" alt=\"photo-(6)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-6-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>We spent a weekend in Krasilov with Pastors Yuriy and Natasha Pasichnik.\u00a0 Their daughter Zoriana and son Artur are standing behind their parents, with hands on their shoulders, to symbolize their &#8220;standing on their shoulders&#8221; to carry the ministry on to the next generation.\u00a0 This prophetic picture was originally given during the service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3501\" alt=\"photo-(3)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-3-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>A nearby village pastor, Sergey,\u00a0came during our time there for personal ministry and fellowship.\u00a0\u00a0He also has a video school.\u00a0He was so excited to see us for &#8220;real&#8221; (not just on the\u00a0TV).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-8.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3506\" alt=\"photo-(8)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-8-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>Liuda lives in this village.\u00a0 She is a remarkable lady&#8230;.who with her husband adopted 7 children, ages 2-12, in addition to the two older children of their own.\u00a0 We can call them blessed!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-7.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3505\" alt=\"photo-(7)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-7-280x160.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a>In the home where we stayed, their daughter Veronica, age 10, played the violin for us.\u00a0 We were in awe at her skill, playing classical music better than most adults we have heard&#8230;.a child prodigy for sure.\u00a0 She will bless the Lord with her talent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3502\" alt=\"photo-(4)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-4-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>Pastors Rostik and Svieta Kudin came to visit us from Khmelnitskiy while we were nearby.\u00a0 We had not seen each other in several years, so we had a lot to catch up on in our fellowship time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ukrainka<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-10.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3508\" alt=\"photo-(10)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-10-580x386.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"386\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3503\" alt=\"photo-(5)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-5-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>Our next visit was in Ukrainka, near to Kiev.\u00a0 Pastors\u00a0Victor and Lena Shyian have been with us many years.\u00a0 They have 6 daughters.\u00a0\u00a0Living by the Dneper River makes fishing not just a sport, but a blessing, too, providing for his family. \u00a0The recently caught fish you see is one of his smaller ones!\u00a0 They were very encouraged as we fellowshipped and prophesied over their leaders.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3509\" alt=\"photo-(1)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-1-580x386.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"386\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We visited our &#8220;home&#8221; in Blankenheim,\u00a0 Germany, near Cologne.\u00a0 Andreas and Lena Neufeld have done a wonderful job raising 6 children, starting and building up\u00a0a healthy congregation, and constructing their own sanctuary.\u00a0 We shared in a church service, and spent much time with Lena, who is believing for victory over a serious infection.\u00a0 We would appreciate your prayers for her.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-9.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3507\" alt=\"photo-(9)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-9-280x209.jpg\" width=\"280\" height=\"209\" \/><\/a>Their oldest son Johannes, whom everyone calls &#8220;Yo&#8221;, is the Youth Pastor.\u00a0 His wife Natasha is a great help and their daughter Amy will receive another sibling in September!\u00a0 So it is hallelujah time for them.\u00a0 While single, he spent two summers in Kiev putting on the German track for both years of our video school, about 140 dvd&#8217;s!\u00a0\u00a0&#8220;Yo&#8221; has been a tremendous blessing to Koinonia.\u00a0 We love them all so much.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3510\" alt=\"photo-(2)\" src=\"http:\/\/koinonia.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-2-580x433.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"433\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Our last stop in Germany was in Kierspe, with Pastors Albin\u00a0 and Freeda Breitenbach.\u00a0Most of this family you see are musicians, playing instruments and singing, creating great Praise and Worship in the church.\u00a0 It was a blessing to be with them on Sunday.\u00a0 The message the Lord gave us and the prophetic ministry was\u00a0a &#8220;bulls eye&#8221;
