21 May Ukraine Easter 2012
The church in Ukrainka had a unique Easter Saturday service and picnic in the nearby woods of Ukrainka. It seems like all we do is eat, but it is a time when people get together to catch a photo. The grilled fish and chicken were awesome and plentiful.
Rick and I ministered on Easter Sunday with Pastor Olga in Kiev. The youth displayed their talents with drama and music. Their family spirit surrounded us. Of course we had another banquet in her home after the service.
We finally got to meet Alisa, Slava and Taya’s one month old daughter. She’s a cutie!!! After traveling with us for 18 years, Slava finally found time to get married and start his own family.
Randy arrived and the first thing we did was eat. The second thing the team he brought with him did was sleep the clock around, so they could function after losing 7 hours. Pictured on the right is Slava and beside him is Pastor Mark from Pennsylvania. He travelled here with Randy 4 times last year.
